Nestled at the base of Mt Tamborine on the Gold Coast, and set on 7.5 hectares of land overlooking the Upper Coomera nature reserve, Magnolia Aged Care is a modern, purpose-built colonial style community, offering the latest in aged care and assisted living design and lifestyle.

Magnolia boasts lovely manicured gardens and open spaces for residents to wander and enjoy. There are numerous outdoor covered seating areas to sit back, relax and bask in the warm Gold Coast days.
At the heart of Magnolia lies our activities centre – the Clubhouse and courtyard. You will always find a friend happy to have a chat there or a game or two being played that you can join in.
Magnolia has a lovely onsite café area for residents and their families to use as well as an impressive collection of books, audio CDs and DVDs for residents
to borrow.

24/7 Specialist Care
Professional nursing staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, to ensure our residents needs are catered for. Each of our five dedicated wings incorporates an integrated nursing station, allowing our nurses to keep a watchful eye over our residents whilst not intruding in their daily activities.
Our registered nurses are available at the touch of a button should assistance be needed any time of the day or night, 7 days a week.
Premium & Personalised Care
Each resident has a tailored care program that is constantly reviewed by our registered nurses to improve our resident’s health and wellbeing. Our nurses have very close relationships with our resident’s families and keep them informed every step of the way.
We have trained medical staff on hand and offer a comprehensive list of services, including physiotherapy podiatry, speech therapy, dental, optometry, rehabilitation, mobile therapy and palliative care.
Leisure and Lifestyle
Our leisure and lifestyle co-ordinators provide a wide range of activities, programs and exercises, ensuring residents are engaged, stimulated
and active.
All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in daily community life, with activities being created and modified to suit individual needs. Our own purpose-built 18 seat bus provides a means for regular outings, which our residents enjoy immensely.
Our comprehensive daily lifestyle activities program includes a mix of offsite and onsite activities. Our supervised bus outings include day trips, shopping trips, luncheons, picnics, concerts, garden centre visits and much more.
Our regular onsite activities involve theme days, movies, arts and craft,
bingo, trivia, games, carpet bowls, walking groups, technology classes and
live entertainment.
Delicious, Dietician Approved Meals
At Magnolia, we understand the importance of a nutritious, healthy and well-balanced diet and have created a delicious, dietitian approved, menu for our residents to enjoy. With fresh produce delivered daily, we are committed to using only the very best ingredients with all meals prepared daily in our onsite commercial kitchen.
Catering for individual dietary requirements, our dedicated kitchen staff provide a range of textured meals as well as choices for vegetarians or special diets to ensure that our residents’ needs are met.
Our dining rooms are beautifully furnished and offer a delightful opportunity to mix with other residents and we often have family members joining us for meals. With a plethora of food available, our residents enjoy three main meals a day along with morning and afternoon tea.
Ample Entertaining Areas to Enjoy
Magnolia actively encourages our residents to maintain their existing close relationships with friends and family and endeavour to ensure all visitors feel welcome at Magnolia.
We have a dedicated onsite café for our residents and guests to use. Complete with café-style furniture and a kitchenette you will find complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits to enjoy.
Outside, we have a large entertaining area with BBQs featuring Himalayan sandstone and Grecian furniture. There are also a number of smaller, more intimate seating areas should you prefer a quieter visit.
Onsite Hair and Beauty Salon
Offering a range of services including haircuts, shampoos and sets/blow-dries, perms, colours and even beard trims, you can be assured that you will always look your best at Magnolia Aged Care.
