The planned expansion of our Rosella Building will happen in two stages ~
Stage One which is NOW OPEN will see the construction of 34 brand new single ensuited rooms – incorporating new internal lounges on each level, coffee bar, television areas, library and a beautiful central courtyard.
Stage Two will result in the connection of the old and new Rosella buildings into a single service linked by a walkway. The Stage Two refurbishment will include updating all of the old Rosella accommodation to match the new spaces, new communal dining area, and improved staff resources and storage spaces.
The overall development will benefit all of the residents at Holland Park Aged Care, not just those in Rosella – with a new 28 car park doubling the existing space, an education/private dining room, and access to a long overdue outdoor space for everyone. The street front façade of our home, signage, external night lighting and general amenity will also improve dramatically, as shown with our new photos on this page!
Stage Two refurbishment will be ready to open prior to Christmas this year 2019!
Holland Park Aged Care
is wholly owned and operated by CPSM Care, and is fully accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency. The residence has a proud and well-established reputation of providing exceptional care services to the community.
Holland Park Aged Care offers 102 beds in total with predominately single en-suited accommodation. We offer the full range of aged care services including dementia specific, specialised nursing care and low through to high care needs.
Our Location
Located in Holland Park West just off Logan Road, our residence has immediate access to shopping, public and private hospitals, parks and cafés.
Public transport is available for applicable residents, with the bus stop right outside the front gate, and our own 18 seat purpose-built bus provides outings once per week.
The residence is wrapped around by a natural waterway, and many of our rooms and outdoors areas look out onto the natural tree line.
Our Amenities
Holland Park Aged Care provides a very modern amenity, but with a warm homely feel. Many rooms have an attractive garden outlook, and a number of suites have their own private balcony. There are plenty of communal areas and lounges throughout the residence, allowing for an ideal environment to meet and mingle with friends and family.
Some of the other extensive amenities provided include hair dressing salon, movies and activities centre, different communal dining rooms and outdoor spaces. All rooms have the ability to have a telephone and pay TV connected as a separate arrangement.

24/7 Specialist Care
Professional nursing staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, to ensure our residents needs are catered for.
Our on-site physiotherapists provide individual programs, tailored to our residents requirements. Our local GP’s also provide an excellent on-site medical service.
Holland Park Aged Care residents are well catered for, with all meals being prepared and cooked fresh on the premises. A variety of nutritionally balanced meals give our residents a healthy diet.
Premium and Personal Care
Each resident has a tailored care program that is constantly reviewed by our Registered Nurses to improve our resident’s health and well-being. Our nurses have very close relationships with our resident’s families and keep them informed every step of the way.
We have trained medical staff on hand and offer a comprehensive list of allied services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, speech therapy, dental, optometry, rehabilitation, mobile therapy and palliative care.
Leisure and Lifestyle
We understand the importance of being active and engaged to promote health and well-being, and have our own specialist leisure and lifestyle team here at Holland Park Aged Care. We provide a wide range of activities, programs and exercises, with all residents welcomed and encouraged to participate in daily community life.
Activities and programs are created, modified, continually reviewed to suit individual needs. Our own purpose-built 18 seat bus provides a means for regular outings, which our residents enjoy immensely.
Our comprehensive daily lifestyle activities program includes a mix of offsite and onsite activities. Our supervised bus outings include day trips, shopping trips, luncheons, picnics, concerts, garden centre visits and much more. Our regular onsite activities involve movies, themed events, art and craft, men’s groups, church services, bingo, trivia, games and live entertainment.
Delicious, Chef-Inspired and Dietician Approved Meals
At Holland Park Aged Care, the importance of a nutritious, healthy and well-balanced diet is paramount, and we have created a delicious, dietitian approved menu for our residents to enjoy.
Our dining rooms are beautifully furnished and offer a delightful opportunity to mix with other residents, and we often have family members joining us for meals. With a plethora of food available, our residents enjoy three main meals a day along with morning and afternoon tea.
With fresh produce delivered daily, we are committed to using only the very best ingredients with all meals prepared daily in our on-site commercial kitchen.
Catering for individual dietary requirements, our dedicated kitchen staff provide a range of textured meals, as well as choices for vegetarians or special diets, to ensure that our residents’ needs are met.
Additional Services
Holland Park Aged Care also offers a full accompaniment of additional services, which are above the usual services and features we provide, and are accessible for a daily fee.
Our additional services include items such as High Speed Wifi, Foxtel, and unlimited phone usage; private dining / function room; hair dressing and beauty salon; bus trips; drinks packages, and more.
