CPSM Care has been working with the owners of Queensland
Care Construction (QCC) for many years ~ Camp Hill is our 5th project together and our best yet.

All of our single ensuited rooms have their own private balconies, including some with views of the city and neighbouring islands.

With features such as access to 24hr compassionate care, private dining celebrations, personal court yards, gardens, quiet lounge spaces and a home-like feel, CPSM Care is ready to meet the high expectations of the Camp Hill community!

Every room has a private balcony, this is a feature that will set Camp Hill Aged Care apart from every other home. With access to a gym, salon, café,

private dining, bar in the Stradbroke wing, not to mention quite lounges and beautiful courtyards. Camp Hill Aged Care has all the features that residents and families would except in a world class, purpose designed care home.

Our Location

Located in Camp Hill just off Old Cleveland Road, our residence has immediate access to shopping, public and private hospitals, parks and cafés.

Public transport is available for applicable residents, with the bus stop right outside the front gate, and our own 18 seat purpose-built bus provides outings once per week.

The residence is positioned on the top of the hill, with views out across the adjoining suburbs and right out to the city and Moreton Bay itself.

At Camp Hill Aged Care we support independence and dignity, whilst fostering individuality and respect.

24/7 Specialist Care

Professional nursing staff are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week, to ensure our residents needs are catered for. Our on-site physiotherapists provide individual programs, tailored to our residents requirements.

Residents with high care needs can be cared for in our purpose built 20 bed specialised high care wing, which provides a higher level of supervision.

Our local GP’s also provide an excellent on-site medical service, with a conveniently located consulting suite in the main building, which is attended regularly.

Leisure and Lifestyle

Our leisure and lifestyle co-ordinators provide a wide range of activities, programs and exercises, ensuring residents are engaged, stimulated and active. Supervised day trips to shopping centres and places of interest are
also provided.

All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate in daily community life, with activities being created and modified to suit individual needs. Our own purpose-built 18 seat bus provides a means for regular outings, which our residents enjoy immensely.
